"Part" of My New Year Plan for 2018:
I've decided to take a break from exhibiting at art shows beginning in 2018, but will continue offering direct sales along with some new product developments, including a notecard line, which will be featured on my website. Thanks to everyone for your support over all the years!

My beloved Mamiya Rz-67.At the heart of each of my film portraits is a love for cultivating extensive botanicals and documenting their associated flowers and fruits. I grow everything you will find in these compositions in my Wisconsin gardens, where my interest in plants and gardening has been with me since childhood. I continue to create my compositions from a medium-format, color film negative using my beloved Mamiya RZ-67. In its day, this camera (it is not digital) was very popular among portraiture photographers. Over 30 years later, I still find it perfect for my subject matter. In order to meet my precise standards for color and quality, each composition undergoes a very time-consuming path and follows archival museum methods.
